FIRST HARVEST!

im so excited!! i finally have something to show from my garden, just picked my first tomato, garlic && and peppers!! this is awesome!! here are some pics

good news!!!

my tomatos are growing huge, and another baby one sprouted, annnd theres 13 more about to bloom!! yaay! they're still flowers, but in about a week they should be little green tomatos, then big red ones!! :) :) :)

initiation

This year in school i took botany, the study of plants, for my science credit, and as a result of my participation in this class, i have developed a love for growing. :P since, ive started my own garden its doing quite well. its been growing for about 6-8 weeks. i have broccolli, lettuce, tomato, catnip, lemonbalm, aneheim chile, marjoran, sweet lime basil, regular basil, parseley, garlic, and a whole bunch of flowers. ive always liked nature, but never thought id like gardening until i gave it a try. i find it to be really relaxing, and its a source of instand gratification when i work on it. it is something i can be proud of, enjoy and benefit from, in more ways than one. so, maybe tomorrow ill grab my camera and take some pics to put up on here. i feel like y'all deserve to see my garden. :D
